The Porto Mare Hotel is well located, with links to the public transport just 200m from the hotel. From this bus stop, a regular shuttle bus operates from Monday to Friday. Surrounding the hotel is the lively tourist area of Funchal and a saltwater swimming pool and shopping centre are in its immediate vicinity.
