The Barcelo Albatros Hotel is situated directly on the stunning cliff coastline of Illetas. The hotel features a private beach in an inlet, or alternatively guests may visit the main beach, which is approximately 1km from the hotel. Plenty of shopping venues, restaurants, pubs and bars as well as public transport connections are within 500m of the hotel. It is approximately 7km to Palma's popular old town.

The fully air-conditioned hotel occupies a 6-storey main building and offers a total of 119 rooms. The hotel offers a 24-hour reception, safe, currency exchange desk, cloakroom, lift access and a café. In addition to this, the hotel has an air-conditioned a la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area, a hairdresser's salon, bar, pub and TV room. To relax, guests may use the hotel's pool, sun loungers, parasols, snack bar, massages and a sauna, although some of these facilities incur an additional fee. Guests may also play table tennis and golf as well as using the gym (additional fees apply). The provision of an entertainment programme is dependent upon the season.

The comfortable rooms comprise of an en-suite bathroom with a hairdryer as well as central heating, air-conditioning, satellite/ cable TV, Internet connection, mini-bar (additional fees apply), hire safe and a balcony. Some of the balconies offer views out over the sea. Single rooms do not, however, include a balcony.
