The Real Bellavista Hotel & Spa is centrally located in the tourist area of Albufeira, within 1.5 km of the nearest beach. A good selection of shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants as well as lively nightclubs are also less than 1 km from the hotel. The old town is at approx. 15 minutes walk away and links to the public transport network also lie within easy walking distance.

This modern conference and spa hotel was opened in 2002 and offers a total of 195 rooms spread over 6 floors. There are also extensive well-kept gardens. Facilities include a foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility and lifts. In addition, there is an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant (no-smoking) and highchairs for infants, a cosy bar, a souvenir shop, a newspaper stand, and a tobacconist. Guests may take advantage of the TV room, conference room, public Internet terminal and in-house laundry and room services. Furthermore, there is a kids club and a playground for younger guests to the hotel. In the garden complex guests will find a heated swimming pool with separate children's pool, a furnished sun terrace and a snack bar. For an additional fee, guests may pay a visit to the spa health club with heated indoor swimming pool (no fee), gym, sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, massages, squash court as well as countless health and beauty treatments.
