The Sumengen Hotel is newly renovated in 2008. This hotel offers a total of 25 rooms spread over 6 floors. The air-conditioned hotel offers guests a 24-hour reception desk, 15 hotel safes, lift access and a currency exchange counter, as well as a café, a fully air-conditioned restaurant and a bar. The hotel's public Internet access may be used by guests and laundry, room and medical assistance services are also available for an additional fee. Guests may relax in the small hotel garden where or, for an additional fee, in the Turkish bath.

The whole room design and decoration and the room plans have completely renewed and changed. The new rooms are much larger and all rooms will have either sea view, street view or garden view. The rooms have bathroom with hairdryer and are equipped with a direct dial telephone (added fee), Internet access, satellite/ cable TV, central heating, a mini-bar (added fee) and individual air-conditioning.
