The apartment complex lies just 5 minutes drive from the centre of Marmaris where a diverse selection of restaurants, bars, shops and links to the public transport network are situated within walking distance and it is 1.2 km to the nearest beach.

Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility and a cloakroom in addition to a café, a restaurant and, on payment of an additional fee, room service.

In the outdoor complex is a swimming pool with a children's paddling area, a poolside snack bar and sun loungers and parasols that have been laid out ready for use. There is an entertainment programme for both children and adults to provide some variation. A hearty breakfast is on offer to guests each morning; lunch and the evening meal may be taken à la carte whilst the midday meal may also be chosen from a menu.
